In an open forum session the Avarians will be speaking to what serves the highest good of the group at that time. After each event the Avarians will then open up the floor to any questions. The Complete Integration Yoga Workshop 

This is a two day intensive workshop to support complete integration between the physical body, mind, and soul. This is done by integrated the body, mind, and soul on seven levels through specific movements, yoga postures, breaths, mantras and meditations.
